About Bake Dept & Jun Gui
\n<\/strong>Bake Dept, helmed by Jun Gui from MasterChef Season 4, specialises in creating festive eggless cookies, custom ice cream flavours and ice cream cakes, as well as, pastries like artisanal tarts and lava cakes.<\/p>\n

About Mandy Kee<\/strong>
\nMandy Kee is the resident Recipe Developer of Thermomix Singapore. A top 3 finalist of MasterChef Singapore Season 4, she is best know for her daring experiments of novel ingredients in her cooking and the use of sophisticated cooking techniques.<\/p>\n
